The aforementioned personal data is treated for the following purposes:

Sending you the products and services you have ordered from us; sending you information about our products and services or those of our commercial partners; and

We will use your personal data to respond to your queries or requests for information, to send you products or samples requested by yourself, to help you manage your preferences in the Web Site or to process the payment of any of our products you may have decided to purchase. We may also use your non-personal information (such as the date in which you purchased a product, or the order of a sample, etc.) in consumption analyses or studies (or any personal data provided to participate in the said studies) to be able to find out more about what consumers want, and thus to be able to create new products according to said needs and to optimize those that we already commercialize.

Any internal Gargim departments that may need it to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations will have access to your data. Our service suppliers may access your data for these same ends, provided all due data protection warranties are met.

5. What data will be transmitted to other countries or international organizations?

The transmission of data outside the EU (the aforementioned other countries) will only take place if necessary for the execution of orders, if required by the law, if you have granted your authorization or in the framework of the said treatment.

6. How long will your data be stored for?

We treat and store your data for as long as is needed for the fulfillment of our contractual and legal obligations, or for as long as you do not withdraw your consent.

Once all contracts or commercial relationships maintained over the course of time have been canceled, and when no claim or amount pending payment exists by the company represented, the data will be kept blocked, provided any legal actions that the parties may enter into derived from the products and services contracted have not prescribed – or any responsibilities enforceable by virtue of these – and as long as the periods established for the conservation established by means of the applicable norms do not prescribe, which may vary depending on the case.

Once said period has elapsed, the data may be deleted or maintained anonymously, that is to say, without the possibility of identifying the person to which they refer, for their use for statistical or internal analysis purposes.
